Matt performed a 'Grilling 101' course one night, while I took notes. Then, it was my turn to try it. My dad and Matt are awesome at grilling, so I really never needed to know how. But, these summer evenings are hot and it's not too smart to use the oven every night - so, here I go.These photos are my first grilling experience. I did it - the meat was great, the veggies could have cooked longer.
